Visitors no longer need to screen when entering the facility. We do ask that you please defer visitation if you have any of the following:

Confirmed COVID-19 infection or symptoms of COVID-19 infection
• Fever
• Cough
• Respiratory symptoms
Have had close contact with someone with COVID-19 infection
