Current positive resident cases: 7

Required PPE for staff:

All staff to wear masks

All staff on 2W to wear N95

Required testing

All staff to test twice weekly testing will continue for 14 days past the last positive case (last positive 9/28/23)

Staff on 2W Test DAILY

KEEP DOOR TO 2W and 2E CLOSED. STAFF SHOULD CLOCK IN AND THEN GO OUT TO MAIN ENTRANCE IF GOING TO 2E, 3RD FLOOR STAFF SHOULD GO UP THE STAIRS BY THE TIMECLOCK. ONLY ESSENTIAL STAFF SHOULD BE ON 2W. NO COMMUNAL DINING AT THIS TIME. RESIDENTS SHOULD NOT BE GOING TO OTHER UNITS. NO RESIDENTS TO THERAPY ROOM. ENCOURAGE RESIDENT MASKING.
